As every year passes, I feel more committed to standing with and encouraging women. We are still ridiculously under-represented in the world of work, on boards, and in our churches.
Whether it is speaking to a group of women, or encouraging women one-to-one, I want to do my bit to make sure the next generation including my daughters get to reach their potential.
